Hello! My name is Marianna, and I am very happy to join the teaching team at Pianoforte Academy.

I received classical and jazz training in voice and piano at the A. Murov College of Music in Russia, and I have been performing in choirs, ensembles, and as a soloist from an early age. While my piano studies began with the choral works of Bach, Rachmaninov, and Tchaikovsky, I now lean towards performing impressionistic and modernist pieces by composers such as Ravel, Erik Satie, and Philip Glass. Currently, I also perform with various bands as a keyboardist, guitarist, and backing vocalist.

I have always been passionate about sharing knowledge, which led me to teach piano and singing to children and adults, ranging from beginner to intermediate levels. In my teaching, I prioritize finding an individual approach for every student, ensuring they have fun while developing healthy practice routines.

Additionally, I hold a sound engineering qualification from the Regional College of Arts, which allows me to work in professional recording environments. I am currently studying Recording, Mixing & Production at the London College of Music, which provides a wonderful opportunity to be immersed in London's contemporary music scene.
