As a composer, his work has been performed and recorded by ensembles including Britten Sinfonia and the Riot Ensemble. While studying at Trinity Laban he won the John Halford prize for piano composition, and in 2024 he was one of six composers to work with the Britten Sinfonia as part of their Opus 1 artist development programme.
